Application forms for the 2008 Guam Humanities Council Grant Program are available at our office located in the Reflection Center, Suite 106, in Hagåtña. Our office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturday by appointment only.

Application forms may also be downloaded by clicking here. You will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader version 7.0 or greater to open and print the application. At this time, the application cannot be submitted online.

Please read the 2008 Grant Guidelines and all instructions before completing the application. All applications must be typed.
